What PocketBiz uses
We only use strictly necessary cookies and similar storage. These keep you signed in, remember your session while you move between pages, and keep the booking and payment steps secure. Because they're essential to a service you asked for, UK rules don't require us to ask permission for them — but you should know they're there.
What we don't use
No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics that follow you around other websites. If we ever add optional cookies, we'll ask for your consent first and you'll be able to change your mind.
Cookies set by our payment provider
When a client pays a deposit, the payment is taken on Stripe's own checkout page. Stripe sets its own cookies there to prevent fraud and keep the payment secure. Those are covered by Stripe's cookie and privacy policies.
Controlling cookies
Every browser lets you view, block or delete cookies in its settings. Be aware that blocking essential cookies will stop you signing in and stop bookings working properly.
